Objective

Olive Louise Social’s objective here was to transition from a store front business based in the picturesque suburb of Samford to an online store. After the initial website build, content shoot and process creation, we developed a 3 tier sales funnel, email marketing campaign and content marketing strategy which saw long term incremental growth.

Action

Our first task here was to build a Website that showcased the high end products in their best light inclusive of professional product photography, developing UVP’s, shipping system and a customer loyalty program. From here, we created an automated nurture sequence that was synced with the website ensuring that when consumers signed up to the newsletter they were educated and nurtured but furthermore, we created automations to combat abandoned carts, branded invoice templates as well as a newsletter template.

To create initial momentum we created a sales funnel on Facebook & Instagram consisting of a traffic campaign to get people visiting the new website, a conversions campaign to ensure sales and a retargeting campaign with a promotional code inviting them back to the store if they didn’t purchase.
