Objective

Our goal is to increase the revenue at Pretty in the City. This is done by increasing bookings generated through an in-depth brand awareness strategy as well as creating and implementing eccomerce initiatives developing a second income stream. We also have developed email marketing and retargeting strategies to see an increase in higher priced treatment packages to increase the average dollar spend and overall profitability.

Action

To improve the consumer experience, the Olive Louise Social team built a brand new website incorporating a strong educational message throughout. After fascilitating various professional photoshoots to ensure relevant content that reflected the new website we created various Facebook & Instagram Campaigns with 2 main focuses. The first being Landing Page Views & the second being retargeting.
